How To Use Backups
1.open your usb
2.make a folder called PS3 Inside that make another Called EXPORT inside that make another Called Backup inside that put the folder you downloaded in if you download the file and its called PS3 already just drag that into the usb root
3.put usb in ps3
4. go to system settings> backup utility >restore then follow what it says on your screen
